The mobile phone business has grown immensely over the last decade and reaches higher numbers every year.  In 2016 over 62% of the world population owned a cell phone..

He was convinced to move to Hong Kong after a wealthy family told him he could have a better life in Hong Kong.  “They offered me a job many times and I rejected it … I never had hopes to do different work because I am illiterate,”  he says.  He was making 100 rupees a day doing his current work which is about 80 cents in the U.S.  He finally agreed to go to Hong Kong and work in their mobile shop where he believed he’d be earning about 40,000 to 50,000 rupees (US$320 to US$400) a month packing mobile phones.
