An Arkansas women is speaking out about her story after she survived being trafficked. Her identity remains protected for her safety. The abuse started when she was only six or seven years old. She was sold for sex by her own parents. She was groomed by her parents and prepared to do whatever the person paying for sex asked of her. Her parents would host parties and if someone wanted to have their daughter to themselves they would pay to have their way with her. She grew up very scared and very broken, she eventually tried to take her own life. That is when she met Allison, a sex trafficking survivor. Allison is also the Executive Director for Partners Against Trafficking Humans, or PATH. Ater trying to take her own life, the young Arkansas woman received help from PATH and now has a different outlook on life and is using her strength to help others.
